Four Pieces came out of BMG’s desire to release a high quality deluxe collection for Yazoo fans. The set was housed in a beautifully-designed hardback book format and each disc was pressed on heavyweight black 180g vinyl.

The Minute Taker remix of Winter Kills and several of the 1982 Yazoo sessions at the BBC were released commercially for the first time with this release.
